Your role: Support employee

We are looking for a motivated Support Employee to join our high-performing and highly motivated teams in Amsterdam

Role & Responsibilities

As a support employee for F2F you are responsible for answering our users' questions in a friendly and timely manner. For this you will be using a modern and flexible ticket system that aggregates the different support channels, such as email and social media accounts.
Questions come in from Creators on our platform as well as Fans. Creators mainly have questions about how to post content to their account, how to link prices to the various media and how to effectively use the various marketing tools.
Of course, you are a valuable intermediary between our users and the team developing the platform. You know what works well and what could be even better.

Key requirements

  • you are proficient with a computer and know your way around the Internet
  • you are able to quickly master all functionalities in F2F and explain them to our users
  • you are able to explain in clear language how advanced tools work
  • you have good writing skills in English
  • your writing style is friendly and constructive
  • you may be able to advise our creators on how to make and edit movies.
