Billing & Payments
At F2F.com, we are committed to providing a seamless, secure, and effective payment and payout experience for all creators and users alike.
The payout information below is primarily relevant for creators: it covers how you receive your earnings, separately from how fans pay for content.
To achieve this, we partner with multiple premium payout providers, including OnlinePaymentPlatform (OPP), MassPay, Yoursafe, Paxum, and Panda Blue.
These trusted partners are carefully selected for their security, convenience, and reliability, all of which align with our core value of ensuring user safety and satisfaction. They handle numerous transactions on our platform daily, from payments to payouts.
We understand that navigating these providers can sometimes be challenging, so if you encounter any difficulties, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Our support team is always here to assist through our support messenger, or via creators@f2f.com.
Payout Provider Guide
To help you choose the best payout provider for your needs, we've outlined the key features and considerations for each option below.
1. Europe and EEA: Online Payment Platform (OPP)
- Best for: Creators within the EU/EEA.
- Website: OnlinePaymentPlatform
Pros:
- Automated payouts: Once your account is verified, payments are processed the next business day.
- Default for EEA creators: If your location is within the EEA, OPP is set as your payout provider as part of onboarding.
- Regulated under EU payment services law: Provides high levels of security and reliability for European-based creators.
Considerations:
- EU IBAN required: To complete onboarding with OPP, you'll need to verify a bank account with an EU IBAN.
- Not available for UK creators: OPP covers the EU/EEA only.
- Support: OPP provides customer support via their portal and email communication.
Onboarding:
If you're eligible based on your location, F2F.com sets up your OPP account as part of onboarding. Completing setup requires verifying an EU IBAN account in your name.

Key points to remember
- Identity comes first: Whichever provider you use, the name and details on your payout account must match the identity you verified with F2F.com when you signed up. This is a compliance requirement and mismatches are the most common cause of delays.
- Payout frequency varies by provider: Manual, daily, weekly, or monthly options depend on which payout provider you're using; your available options are shown once your account is set up.
- F2F.com's role: While F2F.com facilitates the connection to payout providers, the payout process itself is managed by the provider. Providing accurate and complete details is essential for a smooth experience.
- Bank-side restrictions can apply: Not all banks and fintechs support payouts from adult-industry platforms. This is the provider's decision and outside our control; our support team can help you find a working alternative.
At F2F.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Whether you reach out to us or directly to one of our payout partners, support is always just a message away.
