To help you choose the best payment provider for your needs, we’ve outlined the key features and considerations for each option below.

1. Europe and United Kingdom: Online Payment Platform (OPP)

Pros:

  • Seamless onboarding: F2F.com automatically sets up an OPP account during your onboarding process.
  • Regulated under EU banking laws: Provides high levels of security and reliability for European-based creators.
Considerations:
  • Verification process: Ensure personal and business details match the documentation you provided during onboarding to avoid delays.
  • Support: OPP provides customer support via their portal and email communication.
Onboarding:

F2F.com automatically creates your OPP merchant account during onboarding, provided all required criteria are met. For business accounts, you’ll need to provide additional details like your Chamber of Commerce registration number and country of registration.

2. Global: Yoursafe

  • Best for: Creators inside the EU who cannot onboard with OPP, creators outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or in countries with strict banking regulations.
  • Website: Yoursafe
Pros:
  • Global availability: Creators both in EU and non-EU countries can easily open a Yoursafe account.
  • Escalation support: F2F.com can assist in escalating issues if needed.
Considerations:
  • Processing time: Payouts may take 72-96 hours to process.
  • Manual processes: Certain payout steps require manual input, adding some delay.
Onboarding:

Creators must create a Yoursafe account via Yoursafe and submit the details to F2F.com through the support chat to link the account for payouts.


3. International (Excluding the US): Paxum

  • Best for: Creators seeking fast international payouts outside the US.
  • Website: Paxum
Pros:
  • Automated payouts: Payouts are completed within 48 hours.
  • Global reach: Available in most countries, except for US-based creators.
Considerations:
  • Onboarding process: Some creators find the onboarding process takes longer than expected.
