Your role: Partner Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Our platform is expanding and to drive this growth even further, we're seeking a Partner Development Manager!
What will you be doing? You'll be responsible for cultivating new commercial partnerships that bring new agencies to Each partner will need a go-to-market program that aligns with their objectives and encourages them to bring creators to the Friends to Follow platform. You'll need to deeply understand the ambitions of potential partners or agencies, fostering relationships built on mutual trust and shared objectives. Your keen ability to identify and leverage key opportunities within the market will be instrumental in driving our platform's growth and building long-term, successful partnerships. Your tasks will also include presenting partnership plans to qualified leads, strategizing and negotiating commercial terms, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for partners, and representing us at industry trade shows when required.
Additionally, as a Partner Development Manager, you'll:

develop, manage and maintain a pipeline to implement the market strategy in assigned territories;

recruit new partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification;
meet quotas defined by leadership, providing reports and forecasts while building a pipeline in our CRM (Pipedrive);
ensure a seamless onboarding for new partners, aligning them with Creators Success Managers;
cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as an advocate for those partners within;
be accountable for delivering defined ROI, key learnings, reports and evaluations of partnership’s impact on market share growth, brand awareness and sales;
attend marketing and industry events.

Key requirements

  • Sales experience
  • Experience with generating sales forecasts
  • Ability to develop growth strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Strong understanding of current industry trends, patterns and events
  • Bonus points for experience in the adult industry and fluency in German
