How Does Chatting Work?
Are you a Follower? Some creators allow their followers to chat with them. This gives you the chance to ask questions or start a conversation.
Are you a Fan? If you’re a fan, you’ll always have access to chat with creators, even if their chat is set to fans-only.
Note: Becoming a fan doesn’t guarantee that creators will always be available to chat.
Sending Files to Creators
Want to send images to your favorite creator?
Our unique d*ck rating feature allows you to upload pictures directly through the creator messenger.
Creators can choose to view your images for free or charge a fee to open them.
This option will appear automatically when you upload an image in the messenger.
Important notes:
Chat Access:
Creators decide who can message them—followers, fans, or both.
Replies:
Creators may not always be online. If they’re unavailable, you’ll receive their response when they return.
Consent First:

Follow these steps to ensure your payment details are current and your subscriptions continue without interruption:
- Log in to your F2F.com account
- Access your account settings:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner (desktop) or bottom right corner (mobile)
- Select "Payment methods" from the dropdown menu or follow this link.
View your current payment methods:
- Add a new payment method:
- Click on "Add payment method"
- Choose the type of payment method you want to add (e.g., credit card, bank account)
- Enter the required information
- Set as default (optional): If you want to use this new method for future payments, set it as your default
- Remove old payment methods: To delete an outdated or unwanted payment method, click on the trash can icon next to it
- Update existing payment method: If you need to update information for an existing method, select "Edit" next to the payment method
- Save your changes
- Verify the update: Check that your subscriptions are now linked to the correct payment method
Changing your payment method won't affect your current subscriptions. They will continue as normal using the new payment details.If you encounter any issues while updating your payment information, don't hesitate to contact F2F.com support through the support messenger.
If you want to stop your subscription to a creator on F2F.com, you can easily do so by 'unfanning'.
Important notes before canceling your subscription:
- ✅ After clicking 'unfan' your future renewal-payments to this creator will be canceled
- ✅ Your subscription and access to exclusive Fan-only content will remain valid until the date mentioned on your subscription details page
- 🚫 After this date, you will lose access to all Fan-only content or messages with the creator
- 🚫 You can not receive a refund for the current subscription period
To cancel your subscription to a creator on F2F.com (unfan), follow these steps:
- Log in to your F2F.com account:
- Go to F2F.com.com and enter your login credentials
- Navigate to the creator's profile:
- Find the creator you want to unsubscribe from in your subscriptions list or search for them via the explore tab.
- Locate and click 'Unfan' button:
- You will find the 'Unfan' button at the top of the page. Clicking it will initiate the unsubscription process.
- Confirm your decision:
- You may be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the subscription
Remember, you can always resubscribe to the creator in the future if you change your mind. In case you need any assistance don't hesitate to contact F2F.com support through the support chat.
Issues with accessing purchased content on F2F.com can be disappointing. Follow these steps to resolve this problem and enjoy your content.
If you've purchased content on F2F.com but can't access it, follow these steps:
- Wait for processing:
- Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes for a payment to be processed depending on your bank
- Give it some time before taking further action
- Check your payment status (Subscriptions):
- Go to your account settings
- Look under "Payment Methods" or "Subscriptions" to ensure the payment was successful
- Refresh the page:
- Sometimes a simple page refresh can resolve access issues

- The name of the creator
- The type of content (post, message, etc.)
- The date of purchase

Our tipping system allows users to show appreciation for creators on our platform. You can tip between €5 and €2,500 on posts or via chat. Important note: Tipping is purely a gesture of appreciation, and creators aren't obligated to provide anything in return. If you're looking to purchase specific content, we recommend using our Pay per Message feature instead of tipping, as this ensures you receive the content you're paying for directly.
We understand that purchases may not always meet expectations. Our refund policy aims to balance the interests of both creators and fans, keeping fairness at the forefront.

Content Purchases:
Once content is consumed, refunds are not provided.
This is due to the subjective nature of content satisfaction.
Subscriptions:
You can cancel your subscription anytime by clicking the "Unfan" button on the creator's page.
Future payments will stop immediately upon cancellation.
However, no refund will be issued for the current subscription period.
You will retain access to exclusive content until the end of your current subscription period.
Important Note
Refunds for the current subscription period are not possible. We encourage you to carefully review purchases to ensure they align with your preferences.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (weekly, monthly, or yearly), ensuring uninterrupted access to the creator's content—similar to a newspaper subscription.
How to Cancel: If you'd like to stop recurring charges:
- Visit the creator's page.
- Click the "Unfan" button.
This will prevent any future charges after the current subscription period ends.
Access After Cancelation:
Even after canceling, you’ll retain access to the creator’s content until the end of your paid subscription period.
You can delete your account through a simple process. Follow these steps to permanently deactivate your account and all associated data.
To deactivate your F2F.com account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your F2F.com account:
- Go to F2F.com.com and enter your login credentials
- Access the account deactivation page:some text
- Confirm your decision:
- Read through the information about account deactivation
- Understand that this action is permanent and cannot be undone
- Enter your password:
- For security reasons, you'll need to enter your current password
- Provide a reason (optional):some text
- F2F.com may ask why you're leaving - this helps improve their service
- Click on "Deactivate Account":
- This will initiate the deactivation process
- Final confirmation:
- You may receive a final prompt to confirm your decision

- Account deactivation is permanent. All your data, including content and conversations, will become permanently inaccessible.
- Any active subscriptions will be automatically terminated.
- You will lose access to any exclusive content you've purchased.

- Decide if you want explicit (nudity) or less explicit content.
Your settings are saved automatically and can be updated anytime by clicking "Preferences."
Using Hashtags
- Type a hashtag or keyword in the search bar to explore tagged content.
- Discover related hashtags to expand your search.
Discovering New Creators
- Scroll through Explore to find creators based on your preferences.
- Interact by liking, commenting, or saving posts.
- Click a creator's name or profile picture to see their full profile.
- Like what you see? Hit "Follow"or become a fan to keep them in your feed and get into their world.

As a creator on F2F.com, you can earn money by offering subscription-based content, pay-per-view posts, and receiving tips from your fans.
- Create an F2F.com user account if you haven't already.
- Log in to your F2F.com account.
- Click on the "Become a creator" button in the menu.
- Follow the onboarding steps:
- Provide necessary personal information
- Have your ID and phone ready for verification
- Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process through SumSub
- Set up your creator profile:
- Choose a username
- Add a profile picture and cover photo.
- Upload a minimum of 3 pictures in which you are clearly recognizable as the account holder to your library
- Write a bio/description
- Set your subscription plans and prices
- Start creating and uploading content
After successful verification, you'll be able to post content and become visible on the platform. The F2F.com team will perform a manual check, and upon approval, you'll receive the famous purple badge.
To report a post on F2F.com, follow these steps:
- Find the post you want to report.
- Look for the "share" button underneath the post.
- Click on the "report" option located under the "share" button.
- Choose the reason for your report from the provided options and provide further explanation.
- Submit your report.
Alternatively, you can email abuse@F2F.com with the post ID (found under the "share" button) and explain your concerns about the content.
