About the Role

As a UX Designer at F2F.com, you are responsible for creating intuitive and appealing user experiences within our platform. You play a key role in conducting user research and testing designs to ensure continuous improvement. In this role, you will work closely with developers, product owner, and other stakeholders to guarantee an optimal user experience. You will be part of a design team of 2 designers, collaborating closely to maintain a consistent and high-quality design
language across the platform.

Your Responsibilities:

● Designing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma
● Conducting user research and usability tests
● Translating user feedback and data into concrete improvements
● Collaborating with development teams to implement designs
● Ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience
● Continuously innovating and staying updated on the latest UX trends and
techniques

Who Are You?

● At least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer
● Proven experience in usability testing and user research
● Strong skills in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
● Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
● Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
● Strong communication skills and ability to justify your designs
