About the Role


As a Partner Account Manager, you are responsible for expanding our commercial partnerships and structurally increasing revenue through our partner channels. You are the primary point of contact, strategic sparring partner, and commercial driver for your portfolio.

You build long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into tangible results. You work independently and take full ownership of your accounts, while communicating clearly internally and steering toward measurable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio and develop a clear growth strategy for each partner.
  • Drive performance by analyzing data, identifying commercial opportunities, and turning insights into action.
  • Proactively identify risks and ensure timely and effective adjustments where needed.
  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process and help them quickly become successful on the platform.
  • Share best practices, optimize collaborations, and ensure expectations are aligned on both sides.
  • Act as the connecting link between partners and internal teams such as Marketing, Support, and Growth.
  • Translate market insights into concrete improvements and provide clear reporting and progress updates to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A commercially driven professional with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with performance data.
  • A clear communicator who brings structure and maintains overview.
  • Experience in account management, partnerships, or channel sales.
