About the role
As our Finance & Operations Administrator, you will be the first person to take on this role within F2F.com. You will work closely with the CFO and play a key part in shaping and professionalising our finance and operational processes. This role is hands on, varied, and impactful. You will be involved in day to day finance administration while also supporting broader operational and HR related tasks. Over time, there is room to grow into more reporting, data, or insight focused responsibilities.
What you will be doing
● You take care of daily finance administration and bookkeeping
● You prepare and post general ledger entries, accruals, and reconciliations
● You manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing
and follow up
● You support month end close and provide input for management
reportin
● You handle expense management and reimbursements for employees and
management
● You coordinate travel and bookings for the team and management
● You support HR related administration
● You act as the go to person for finance and operations administration
across the business together with the CFO
Who you are
● A diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or
equivalent practical experience
● Around three to five years of experience in a similar role
● A solid understanding of general ledger entries and basic accounting
principles
● Comfortable working independently and accurately with financial data
● Hands on, detail oriented, and highly organised
● Able to handle confidential information with care and discretion
● Comfortable in an international, digital first working environment
● Experience with Exact Online
● Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
● Affinity with data, reporting, or BI tools is a plus
● Familiarity with the Dutch tax and VAT system.
● You speak fluent English. Dutch is a plus.
